SYNC (Soul’d Out Youth “N Christ), the student ministry of Peace Baptist Church, serves students 9th grade through 18 years old. We strive to support parents, educate students, and equip this generation with what it needs in other to defeat the devil in every aspect of their lives. It is our desire that our students have an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ and develop strong, healthy biblical minds!
Our vision is to inspire, liberate, and empower students to move from living apart from Christ to serving Christ with all their hearts and souls and to share Him with all in whom they encounter.
SYNC is a place for students to believe in themselves and the power of God and His Spirit; to belong to something positive and inspirational; and to become a Spirit-filled beacon in a dark dismal world. It is our desire to expose students to the true Gospel of Jesus Christ and to help them experience the unconditional love of God and all He has for them.
Each Sunday morning we have engaging Sunday Impact/Sunday School for Teens and dynamic Spirit filled worship service. On Wednesday nights we engage in life-changing Bible study and small groups.
Our teens and young adults take a very active role in leading our services including praise and worship; Ministry-in-Motion; ushering/greeting; and prayer.
Our youth pastor, Jeffrey Wallace, is anointed and always delivers a thought-provoking message geared toward reaching the heart of our teens and young adults.
Our adult leaders are dedicated and committed to seeing our young people live a life that is pleasing to Christ.
